Dieser Arbeitsgruppe geh\u00f6ren Mitarbeiter der verschiedenen Abteilungen unseres Unternehmens sowie ein externer Sachverst\u00e4ndiger im Bereich Sicherheit und Gesundheit an. Zweck dieses Teams ist es, dass Sicherheits- und Gesundheitsbewusstsein st\u00e4rker in unserem Unternehmen zu verankern. Dadurch soll die Zahl der Unf\u00e4lle und Krankmeldungen auf ein absolutes Minimum gesenkt und sollen die Arbeitsbedingungen auch zuk\u00fcnftig kontinuierlich verbessert werden. Das Thema Sicherheit ist nie zu Ende gedacht, sondern ein fortlaufender Prozess.<\/p>\n<p>Dazu hat das Team auf Grundlage entsprechender Untersuchungen und Beratungen vier Sicherheitsregeln formuliert, die jeder in unserem Unternehmen zu befolgen hat:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>gegenseitiges Ansprechen auf Verhalten, das ein Sicherheitsrisiko birgt<\/li>\n<li>Verbesserung der Verkehrssicherheit und der Sicherheit am Arbeitsplatz<\/li>\n<li>korrekte Nutzung von pers\u00f6nlicher Schutzausr\u00fcstung<\/li>\n<li>Ordnung und Sauberkeit<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Dar\u00fcber hinaus finden jeden Monat Sicherheitsbesprechungen statt, um zu verbessernde Aspekte im Bereich Sicherheit und Gesundheit anzusprechen und zu pr\u00fcfen, wie die Sicherheitsregeln befolgt werden. Empfehlungen f\u00fcr Verbesserungen werden auf der Grundlage der Ergebnisse und der umfassenden Analysen ausgesprochen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Unternehmensf\u00fchrung von W.G.
